Lands of Metora Planet Metaverse

Introduction

Metora Planet, a swift developing habitable planet of the new era, everyone can become a landlord by and developing them however they want. Each piece of land has a unique number and name (all lands can be named by the player if they meet certain conditions) and has a large area. Initially, the land consists only of buildings, forests, lakes, rivers and mountains, which are the system defaults. The user can develop the land and add various buildings to it. For example, players of all Fortune Heroes games must choose a land and use it as the arena for that particular game, each land is NFT and users can buy and trade land freely. Once a player enters a land, they can view the landholder's information such as avatar, popularity ranking, name and the wallet address of the land.

Land Development and Upgrading

Players can develop, build and upgrade their land. To upgrade the land, you need to hire construction workers, buy building materials, and consume $FHC tokens and popularity value. Upgrading, planning and spatial layout of the land are all up to the player. From time to time, the community will vote for the most beautiful land and the best builder, and the winners will be awarded various prizes. In addition to this, the better the land is built and developed, the higher the rank and popularity value (see below).

Application of the Land

Based on the Metora Planet Metaverse, all games developed by Metora Investments share the same large map of the Metora Planet. Each land can include several scenario buildings, such as competition grounds, amusement parks, banks, shops, exchanges, etc. Each scenario building can be found in a specific product app and can be used and rented out for income. This is the core attraction of Land on Metora Planet Metaverse.

Players's Land of Origin

Each land has a unique and exclusive invitation code and invitation link. Once a new player invited by the land owner via that land invitation code or invitation link has successfully registered, that player's origin will be set to that land.

Land Popularity Rankings

There are three indices that determine the Popularity of land.

1. Construction: the better the land is developed and built, the higher the construction index.

2. Population: the more players originated in a land, the higher the population index for that land.

3 Player Activity: the more players of a certain land origin are online and play more often, the higher the player activity index is.

The system will rate the Popularity of all lands based on the above three indices (the indices will be adjusted accordingly when they come available). The land is ranked in descending order of popularity, with up to the top 200 most popular lands displayed. The higher the ranking, the higher the usage rate and the higher the share of revenue received. The popularity ranking is dynamically adjusted and the list is updated every 24 hours.

Land Revenue

To develop all products based on the metora planet metaverse, including but not limited to games, social, virtual e-commerce, finance, etc., the user must choose a piece of land and rent a certain building scene or area on that land, such as an arena, office building, football stadium, shop, exchange, design company, etc. for gaming, social or commercial activities. The user has to pay a small fee for the use of the land (usually if the user is gainfully employed). The system will allocate this fee to the current landowner of the arena and to the landowner of the player's origin.

Using Fortune Heroes as an example, we describe the matching of different lands to different players for the game:

1. In the case of a Competitive Battle, the system defaults to the initiative player's land of origin as the arena for that game.

2. Classic Matchup then involves the system randomly assigning arena lands to players based on the popularity value of the land. The top 200 (this value may be adjusted depending on the operation) lands on the popularity ranking will have a different probability of being used depending on their ranking, the higher the ranking, the higher the probability of being used.

Allocation of Arena/Land Royalties:

a) If the winning player has the same origin as the current arena land, 100% of the arena royalties paid will be given to the current game land owner.

b) If the winning player is from a different land than the current arena, 60% of the arena royalties paid will be allocated to the current arena landowner and 40% will be allocated to the landowner of the player's land of origin.

c) If the winning player does not have a land of origin, then 100% of the arena usage fee will be given to the current arena land owner.

The Open Metora Planet

Through investment or direct collaboration, Metora will create rich application scenarios for the Metora Planet Metaverse. But Metora is also aware of its limited energy and capacity, and that to accomplish such great work, more people with similar ideas and values are needed to participate. Therefore Metora will make Metora Planet an open platform, all WEB3.0 projects can access the Land system of Metora Planet Metaverse. Different applications can share one big land data and eventually achieve interoperability of different roles.

TO COMMUNITY

Access to Metora Planet's application Web3.0 APP allows for the separation of users so that each land can be open only to users of a specific community and users of a community can only access specific lands. This provides a good mechanism that allows third-party independent communities to build a complete and internal user-only closed loop of gaming, social, UGC and digital asset trading based on these scenarios, which on the one hand is beneficial to the precipitation and activation of community users, and on the other hand, provides a good channel of monetisation for the community.
